'Moditerranean' or modern Mediterranean inspired features you'll find in our new Silverton 45...

With a Moditerranean aesthetic design brief in mind, our latest display home delivers a relaxed family sanctuary that prioritses comfort, functionality and mastering the sought-after 'lived-in' feel. Here's how it all came to life.

1. Arches and curves

From the arched entryways to the curved Caesarstone kitchen island, white matte freestanding bathtub and basins, the laid-back atmosphere in the Silverton 45 is achieved through contemporary, organic curves and silhouettes.

2. Colour palette of terracotta, pinks and earthy hues

Moditerranean aesthetic is all about drawing on earthy tones and tactile materials to bring the outside in. With plenty of natural light from large floor to ceiling windows in the void, each colour and texture shines through in its best light. Plus, the pop of pink in the bathroom and ensuite splashbacks keeps things fun and playful.

3. Organic textures and light timbers

The recycled-look brick of the Hinchcliffe facade, paired with light-grained timbers throughout the home, strikes the perfect balance between modern and rustic — bringing warmth, texture and plenty of character.
